Teamtailor Integration
Connect Taleva with Teamtailor to source candidates in Taleva and push them straight into your Teamtailor pipeline — with their full profile and a generated CV attached. Taleva also syncs your existing Teamtailor candidates, so you can see who is already in your ATS and avoid duplicates.

What the integration does
- One-click export to Teamtailor: Send a candidate from Taleva to Teamtailor with their name, email, phone, and LinkedIn URL, a short pitch, and skills as tags. A PDF CV generated by Taleva is attached automatically, and you can link the candidate to a specific job and pipeline stage.
- "Already in your ATS" signal: While you search in Taleva, candidates that already exist in your Teamtailor account are flagged, so you never re-contact or duplicate someone.
- Automatic deduplication: Taleva prevents duplicates when you export and keeps your Teamtailor database clean.
- Job import: Pull your open Teamtailor jobs into Taleva to link exported candidates to the right role.
- Direct access: Jump straight from a Taleva result to the candidate's record in Teamtailor.
Before you start
- An active Taleva plan with the Teamtailor integration enabled by our Customer Success team.
- A Teamtailor account with permission to create API keys.
- Admin access in Taleva to connect an ATS (Settings → ATS Integrations).
Connecting Teamtailor
ATS integrations are enabled by our Customer Success team; you then connect your own account with a Teamtailor API key.
- Request activation: Contact your account manager or support@taleva.io to enable the Teamtailor integration on your workspace.
- Create an API key in Teamtailor: In Teamtailor, go to Settings → Integrations → API Keys and create a new key with read and write access. Copy the key.
- Connect in Taleva: In Taleva, open Settings → ATS Integrations, choose Teamtailor, and paste your API key. Taleva validates the connection right away.
- Initial sync: Taleva imports your existing Teamtailor candidates and their job stages so deduplication works from day one. This runs in the background and is usually ready within a few minutes.
Note: Your API key and the synced candidate cache are stored encrypted and isolated to your account. They are only ever used to power your own searches, exports, and deduplication.
Using the integration
Export a candidate to Teamtailor
From any Taleva result or shortlist, choose Export → Teamtailor. Taleva creates the candidate in Teamtailor with:
- Name, email, phone, and LinkedIn URL
- A short pitch and skills (added as tags)
- A PDF CV generated by Taleva, attached automatically
- An optional link to a specific job and pipeline stage

How candidates appear in your results
When Teamtailor is connected, Taleva adds a small Teamtailor logo at the end of a candidate's social links (next to LinkedIn) in your search results. How the logo looks tells you whether — and how — that person already exists in your Teamtailor account.

Hover any badge to see the details, for example "View in Teamtailor" or "Candidate in Senior Backend Engineer".
For a probable match, you can confirm it (linking the Taleva profile to that Teamtailor candidate) or dismiss it from the profile's sidebar, so the suggestion does not appear again.

Taleva keeps the cache current with regular incremental syncs. It never edits or deletes your existing Teamtailor data — it only adds the candidates you choose to export.

Which Teamtailor plan do I need?
Any Teamtailor plan with API access. You generate an API key in Teamtailor and paste it into Taleva — no developer work required.
Does Taleva change anything in my Teamtailor account?
Only what you choose to export. Taleva adds the candidates you push and, when you ask, links them to a job. It never edits or deletes your existing Teamtailor data.
How does deduplication work?
Taleva keeps an encrypted, per-account cache of your Teamtailor candidates. While you search it flags anyone already in your ATS, and it prevents duplicates when you export — keeping your Teamtailor database clean.
How often does it sync?
Taleva runs a full sync when you connect, then keeps the cache current with regular incremental syncs so the "already in your ATS" signal stays accurate.
What happens if I disconnect?
Your data stays exactly where it is in Teamtailor. Taleva simply stops syncing — nothing is deleted on either side.
