Email Integrations¶

Taleva integrates directly with major email providers, such as Gmail and Outlook, allowing you to connect your own professional email account to the platform.

The goal of this integration is to enable you to send personalized, high-scale outreach securely and effectively, without losing control or traceability over your communications.

How Email Integration Works¶

By connecting your email to Taleva:

Authentic Sending: Emails are sent directly from your own email address.
Candidate Experience: Candidates receive your messages exactly as if you had sent them manually from your inbox.
Unified Conversations: You can continue responding to candidate replies from your usual inbox (Gmail or Outlook) if you prefer.

This allows you to maintain a natural, professional relationship with candidates without having to change the way you work.

Secure and Optimized Delivery¶

When Taleva sends emails on your behalf, it automatically applies delivery best practices to ensure your messages reach the intended recipient, including:

Technical Configuration: Managing the necessary backend settings for secure sending.
Controlled Pacing: Implementing progressive sending schedules.
Spam Prevention: Measures designed to minimize bounce rates and keep your messages out of spam folders.

These features maximize the probability of your outreach landing directly in the candidate's primary inbox.

How to Connect Your Email¶

To activate your email integration, navigate to:

Settings → Integrations

From this section, you can:

Connect your Gmail or Outlook account.
Authorize Taleva to send emails on your behalf.
Manage your messaging preferences and configurations, or remove the connection at any time with Disconnect.

Once connected, you can immediately begin reaching out to candidates directly from the platform: email steps in your Sequences go out from your own address, and candidate replies appear in your normal mailbox.
