Projects
Projects are the central organizing element in Taleva. Each project acts as a container where your searches, evaluations, shortlisted candidates, and all activity associated with a recruitment process are grouped.
Creating a Project
To create a new project, go to the Projects section from the main menu and click "New project".
Each project has a name you can freely define. If you have a connected ATS, you can also link the project to a job posting in your ATS to keep both systems in sync.
Info
The maximum number of active projects depends on your plan. Some plans have a limit on simultaneous projects.
What a Project Includes
Each project has its own:
- Searches: all AI Search queries performed within the project
- Shortlist: the list of candidates you have saved for that process
- Search History: a log of previous searches with their filters and results
- Activity: a log of all actions taken on the project's candidates
Sharing Projects
Projects are collaborative. If you work in a team, you can share a project with other members of your organization.
When sharing a project, teammates will be able to:
- View and work on the same shortlist
- Perform searches within the project
- Reveal contact details and send emails
- View notes and activity from the entire team
This allows the whole team to work in a coordinated manner on the same recruitment process, avoiding duplicates and maintaining traceability.
Switching Projects
You can have multiple active projects and switch between them at any time. The active project determines where candidates you add to the shortlist are saved and where your searches are recorded.
