Export Options
In Taleva, you have the flexibility to export candidate profiles at any time, allowing you to integrate our data into your existing workflows and share findings with stakeholders. Depending on your specific needs—whether it's data analysis, presentations, or system synchronization—you can choose from three distinct export methods.
1. Spreadsheet (CSV or Excel)
The spreadsheet export is designed to provide a ready-made solution for moving candidates into your manual workflows or external systems. Since almost all professional platforms support these formats, this is the most versatile way to handle large datasets.
- Format Choice: You can choose between .xlsx (Excel) or .csv depending on your technical requirements.
- Complete Customization: Within your settings, you can select exactly which data fields are included and—crucially—define the specific order of the columns.
- Best For: Deep data analysis, custom reporting, or manual imports into legacy systems.
2. PDF
PDF exports are built for clarity and visual appeal, making them the ideal choice for documentation that needs to be read by others.
- Professional Presentation: These are perfect for internal revisions or for presenting candidates to clients and hiring managers in a clean, professional layout.
- Branding: You can adjust PDF settings to align with your corporate brand, ensuring a consistent look and feel when sharing profiles externally.
- Best For: Client presentations, internal feedback loops, and offline profile reviews.
3. ATS Integration
The ATS export is the most efficient way to sync your findings directly with your existing recruitment software.
- Workflow Synchronization: This method allows you to move candidates directly into your connected Applicant Tracking System, keeping your database as clean and updated as possible.
- Deduplication & Speed: By syncing directly, you minimize manual entry, reduce the risk of duplicate profiles, and ensure your team is always working with the most current candidate information.
- Best For: Maintaining a single source of truth and automating the transition from sourcing to the hiring pipeline.
Managing Your Preferences
All customization for these formats happens in Settings → Export Preferences. Once you define your fields and column order, these settings are saved as your default, ensuring every export is perfectly formatted to your liking from the start.
