Campaigns
Campaigns allow you to organize and send emails in bulk to groups of candidates directly from Taleva.
Creating a Campaign
To create a campaign, go to the Messaging section from the main menu and click "New campaign".
When creating a campaign, you can:
- Give it a descriptive name
- Add candidates from your shortlist or searches
Email Templates
Each campaign includes a template editor where you can design the message that will be sent to candidates.
Templates support variables that are automatically personalized for each candidate (such as their name or current position), allowing you to send messages at scale without losing the personal touch.
Sending Emails
Once you have added candidates and defined your template, you can launch the send.
Emails are sent from your own email account (Gmail or Outlook), which you will need to have connected beforehand from Settings → Messaging.

To be able to send emails to a candidate, you need to have their email revealed. If you haven't revealed it yet, you can do so directly before sending.
Progressive Sending
Emails are sent in a staggered and controlled manner to:
- Maximize deliverability
- Minimize bounces
- Avoid messages ending up in spam folders
Tracking
From the detail view of each campaign you can:
- See how many emails have been successfully sent
- Identify failed sends
- Check the overall status of the campaign
When to Use Campaigns
Campaigns are especially useful for:
- Contacting multiple candidates from the same search
- Tracking active outreach processes
- Scaling communication without losing professionalism
