ATS Integrations

Taleva offers direct integrations with various ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRMs, allowing you to work within your existing ecosystem without duplicating efforts. Our goal is for Taleva to adapt to your workflow, not the other way around.


Why Integrate Your ATS?

Connecting your ATS with Taleva allows you to:

  • Identify Existing Talent: Instantly see which candidates already exist in your internal database.
  • Direct Access: Jump directly from a Taleva result to the candidate's profile within your ATS.
  • Enriched Exports: Export profiles from Taleva to your ATS with enriched data, maintaining a single source of truth and avoiding manual entry.

Activating Your Integration

To ensure a seamless setup tailored to your specific environment, ATS integrations are enabled via direct access from our Sales and Success teams.

  1. Contact Sales: Reach out to your account manager or our sales team to request activation.
  2. Configuration: We will activate the integration for your specific provider and guide you through the connection process.
  3. Access: Once enabled, you can manage your connection details under Settings → ATS Integrations.

We currently support a growing list of major ATS providers ready for immediate connection.

  • Growing Ecosystem: We are constantly adding new partners to our list of integrations.
  • Custom Requests: If you don't see your specific ATS provider listed, feel free to ask! We frequently consider adding new platforms to our partner roadmap based on user needs.
  • Custom Integrations (Business Plan): For teams with complex tech stacks or specific automation needs, our Business Plan offers the ability to develop bespoke integrations with custom field mapping and unique workflows.
